I was doing laundry all day on a Friday and after the final load, that evening, we noticed that there was a "hot smell" in the laundry area and never having had our dryer duct cleaned we felt it was a good place to start. We looked on line and saw that Dryer Duct Guys were right in our town, so I sent an email out hoping for a response by Monday but John got back to us the next morning and set up an appointment for 2PM the same day. John showed up right on time and in less than an hour he had the duct cleaned and was on his way and we haven't had any issues since. We would highly recommend this company. Sandra & Tony
